Are you celebrating Halloween?

Yes it is almost Halloween weekend, and the 31st is just around the corner! I will be spending my Halloween in New Orleans this year for a friends wedding, which is on Friday. We are making it into an extended weekend as we are leaving tomorrow and coming back Monday afternoon! It will be a nice little getaway!

If I had a dog I would dress him in this!

I wasn't sure if I was going to dress up or what New Orleans would be like on this weekend, but I have heard the city definitely dresses up! I should have known...Therefore, I have decided to be the Black Swan, from the recent movie, also called Black Swan!

Glitter Pumpkins!

My good friend and I spent an evening earlier this week painting and glitterizing some mini pumpkins. We also watched the classic Hocus Pocus, starring our favorite Sarah Jessica. It is one of those oldie but a goodie holiday movies, just like Home Alone! After we were done creating our works of art, you would have thought Ke$ha rolled through her apartment with all the glitter everywhere.

We use simple supplies consisting of some gold and silver paint, glitter and glue!
