It's Raining, It's Pouring...

It is a very rainy, and also windy day in Chicago today! I only have one umbrella left because I have broken all the others with our crazy weather here!

I have been inside all day, but either way this weather makes me want to go home and cuddle up on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa!

It also makes me want to watch a Christmas movie...I know! It's not a good thing, its only November 3rd, but I really love the holiday season because it takes away from the awful winter in the midwest. I am not going to lie, but I did watch the Family Stone yesterday, just absolutely love that movie and the house!

Enjoy the rest of your day, hopefully the weather is better wherever you are!

More Sex and the City? Yes, Please

Rumor has it that Sex and the City will be coming back to TV. However, it is said that it will be a series in prequel form. They want to air it on the CUW. So all in all, it will be more of a PG version of the original series. Either way, I would love for the show to come back even with new actresses. Sarah Jessica Parker is rumored to be one of the producers, and Gossip Girl executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage are going to oversee the project.

The idea for the prequel stems from Candace Bushnell's young adult novels The Carrie Diaries, which is set in the 1980's and follows Carrie through her last high school days in a small New England town. Bushnell was the columnist who inspired the original HBO series. With the prequel supposedly in the works, it was then said that the 3rd Sex and the City movie was scrapped, but according to SJP that is not necessarily true.

Do I think there should be a 3rd movie after seeing the sequel? Probably not. Will I go see it if there is a 3rd movie? Uh, yea! So enough with all these rumors, come on people lets see some trailers or sneak peeks! If anyone knows anything more please keep me in the loop!

All I know is that I absolutely love this dress she wore in the first movie. It definitely has an 80's flare to it, but at the same time it seems so NOW to me! It is a vintage find by Patricia Fields, one of the costumers to Sex and the City.
